- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email.
- Accommodation and travel expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Delegate badge is mandatory for entry to scientific sessions, exhibition area and dining.
- Lost badges may attract reissue charges.
- Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend scientific sessions unless otherwise specified.
- Membership status and student credentials may be verified by the organizers.
